Notice Concerning Delivery Delays

We are currently celebrating our 8.5 year anniversary and have received a great response.

We have received many requests for deliveries, and the entire management staff is working hard to respond to them, but we are experiencing a delivery delay of about 4 days longer than usual.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their prizes.

As an apology, all customers who made delivery requests during the following period will receive 3 play tickets.

We hope you will enjoy playing Plakore and await the arrival of your prizes.

The delivery delay is expected to be back to normal around November 20.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will do our best to resolve the delay!

■Who is eligible
Customers who made delivery requests during the above period
Customers who have already had their parcels delivered to the post office by us are not eligible for this service.

■Distribution
3 play tickets

※Tickets valid until November 12, 24:00 (Japan time)
※Please note that the tickets will automatically disappear after the expiration date.
