How to Obtain a Shipping Ticket
You can earn shipping tickets under the following conditions:
・On your first point purchase: 1 ticket will be granted immediately
・From your second purchase onward, when you spend ¥5,000 or more:
① If 1 week has passed since your last ticket was used → 1 ticket will be granted immediately
② If within 1 week of your last ticket usage → A ticket will be granted at 5:00 AM, 7 days after your last usage
Important Notes about Shipping Tickets
※You cannot hold multiple shipping tickets at the same time.
※Even if your total exceeds ¥5,000 through multiple purchases (e.g., ¥3,000 + ¥3,000), a ticket will not be issued.
※All conditions are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Japan Post’s EMS and surface mail are optimal for shipping large but lightweight items like plush toys and figures.
We also use Japan Post to help avoid additional customs fees that may occur with DHL or FedEx.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the shipping methods we have chosen, as international rates have been adjusted in recent years.
